The department of health must annually report the services the department offers and how appropriated funds have been spent. The report will include the following information:
- The utilization of state hospitals by each alcohol, drug addiction, and mental health services district;
- The number of severely mentally disabled persons served in each district; and
- The number and types of services provided to severely mentally disabled persons through state-operated services and community mental health agencies.
