“Community report contents under the Department of Financial Regulation regulations”

The following information must be included in hospital community reports:

  • Quality, patient safety, nursing staffing, and infection rate measures;
  • Description of hospital’s strategic planning and decision-making processes and the hospital’s identified health care needs strategic initiatives;
  • Summary of the hospital’s consumer complaint resolution process; and
  • Information concerning recently completed or ongoing quality improvement and patient safety projects.
