“Beneficiary fraud under the Agency of Human Services regulations”
A person who knowingly gives fraudulent information in order to obtain Healthy Vermonters benefits may be prosecuted for fraud under state or federal law. The Healthy Vermonters program provides a pharmacy discount for eligible Vermonters.
