“Pharmacy reporting under the Agency of Human Services regulations”
Pharmacists must report to the Department of Health’s Division of Health Surveillance any unusual or increased prescription requests, types of prescriptions, or trends in pharmacy visits that may result from bioterrorist acts, infectious disease, or pose a substantial risk to public health.
