“Communicable disease reports under the Agency of Human Services regulations”
Infection control practitioners, health care providers, laboratory directors, nurse practitioners, nurses, physician assistants, physicians, school health officials must report incidents of infectious disease within 24 hours of the time when they become aware of the disease.
