Enforcement 

 

Grants individuals a right of action if they are harmed by violations Wyoming’s hospital records law. Authorizes courts to order a hospital’s compliance with the records law. Provides immunity for hospitals that disclose information in good faith reliance on a written certification to discover health care information. Imposes a two year statute of limitations on claims for relief.
