The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has launched a new education initiative, called: "Mobile Devices: Know the Risks. Take the Steps. Protect and Secure Health Information." The new initiative also provides online tools, such as videos, fact sheets and posters that promote the best ways providers and organizations can safeguard patient health information on mobile devices, laptops, tablets and smartphones.
