The South Carolina program is known as South Carolina Medicaid or SelectHealth.  It is administered by the South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services. Their website can be found here.  As of June 1, 2018, there were 994,240 individuals enrolled in the South Carolina Medicaid program.1
