The Oklahoma program is known as Oklahoma Medicaid or SoonerCare.  It is administered by the Oklahoma Health Care Authority (OHCA). Their website can be located here.  As of June 1, 2018, there were 781,536 individuals enrolled in the Oklahoma Medicaid program.1

Health Information Exchange (if applicable)

Oklahoma created the OHIET for the purposes of promoting, developing, and sustaining electronic health information exchange at the state level, but has since been removed.  There are several private HIEs in various stages of development, such as MyHealth Access Network.  

APCD (if applicable) 

Oklahoma has an existing voluntary APCD, called MyHealth Access Network. It has clinical data for about 3 million patients, and complete data for one million.
