The Montana program is known as Montana Medicaid or Passport to Health. It is administered by the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services. Their website can be found here. As of June 1, 2018, there were 278,950 individuals enrolled in the Montana Medicaid program.1

Montana has shown strong interest. After completing a study in 2012 to determine the fesability of an APCD, the 64th Legislature introduced a bill to create an APCD in 2016, but it died in committee.
