The Maryland program is known as Maryland Medicaid, Maryland Medical Assistance Program or HealthChoice. It is administered by the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. Their website can be found here. As of June 1, 2018, there were 1,302,048 individuals enrolled in the Maryland Medicaid program.1
