The Kentucky program is known as Kentucky Medicaid or KenPAC/Kentucky Partnership Program. It is administered by the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services, Department for Medicaid Services. Their website can be found here. As of June 1, 2018, there were 1,224,290 individuals enrolled in the Kentucky Medicaid program.1
