The Hawaii program is known as Hawaii Medicaid or the Quest program.  It is administered by the Hawaii Department of Human Services. Their website can be found here.   As of June 1, 2018, there were 338,660 individuals enrolled in the Hawaii Medicaid program.1

The Hawaii APCD System is currently in the implementation stage. Once complete, it will be called the Hawaii Health Data Center.
