Disclosure of child welfare records — Information not to be disclosed
The provisions contained in the law do not authorize the disclosure of psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, clinical, or medical reports or information regarding a child or their family. Such information may only be disclosed by the department of social and health services pursuant to their actions in response to cases of child abuse and neglect.
