Duties of health insurers — Providing information — Payments — Claims — Costs and fees
Health insurers that desire to conduct business in Washington must comply with certain requirements regarding oversight by the Washington state health care authority and attorneys fees. Additionally, health insurers must agree to provide the authority with information regarding coverage of persons that are eligible for or receiving medical care under the law.
