Recordkeeping — Compliance with state, federal regulations — Health care information releases
Enhanced service facilities must (1) keep resident records to be able to provide necessary treatment, care, and services (2) comply with all federal and state laws that address, confidentiality, and information sharing; and (3) if possible, have an individual under facility supervision designate the facility as a health care information recipient.
