Duty to keep records of restrictions on practitioners' privileges — Penalty
Hospitals must maintain records regarding the restriction or termination of practitioner privileges. The board must have access to the records within 30 days of submitting a request. The information in the records is confidential and not subject to discovery. Facilities that fail to comply with this section may receive a maximum fine of $250.
