Transmission of Information Regarding Dispensing of Controlled Substances to Certain Persons
Specifies the information that pharmacies must submit to the Board of Pharmacy when dispensing a controlled substance (e.g., prescription number, dispenser identification number, prescriber identification number, etc.). Requires pharmacies to submit this information no later than the close of business the following day. Permits submission via modem, computer disk, cassette, or paper print out.
