Therapeutic Environment and Physical Plant Requirements for All Residential Facilities
Requires substance abuse treatment facilities to maintain case records that include documentation of all administered medications and medication orders. Requires facilities to address a client’s mental health issues as necessary and permits coordination with assertive community treatment or intensive case management providers if the client has a serious and persistent mental illness.
