Rights of Mental Health Patients to Access Their Medical Records - Mo. Rev. Stat. § 630.110

The statute above addresses the rights of mental health patients to access to their medical records, providing that any individual admitted to a residential facility or day program, or to a facility where people are civilly detained, either voluntarily or involuntarily, shall have access to his or her mental health and medical records.
