Reporting - 28 Pa. Code § 15.17

The director of a local health department must directly report to the department of health’s commissioner of local health whenever he becomes aware of a public health hazard or a communicable disease outbreak which has potential statewide significance or which requires the critical comment or assistance of the department. 28 Pa.
