“Report of contagious diseases”
 
Arizona requires all persons that discover the existence of a contagious disease to report their discovery to an appropriate health board or department. The report must be in writing and include the names and residences of infected persons. Attending physicians provide make at least twice weekly updates regarding the status of the disease if they are the party obligated to report by this section.
