Rehabilitation, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Audiology, and Occupational Therapy Services
Requires hospitals that provide rehabilitation or therapy services to maintain records for patient that receive such services. Requires therapists to provide service pursuant to a physician’s order and to document physician orders in a patient’s record.
