“Quality of health care monitoring standard; development; adoption; use; additional monitoring; costs”
The administration of the Arizona health care cost containment system (AHCCCS) must create a quality of health care monitoring standard. Each contractor that participates in the Children’s Health Insurance Program must implement the standard to assess the quality of care provided. The director of the AHCCCS must enforce contractor compliance.
