Public Health Notification
Requires the Health Officer to make an reasonable effort to notify persons exposed to a reportable disease or condition. Identifies the information that the notification may include (e.g., condition to which the person may have been exposed, recommendation to seek medical assistance, sources of counseling, etc.). Prohibits the Health Officer from including identifying information in the notice unless the individual authorizes release of their information in writing.
