Penalty for unauthorized disclosure of an HIV test results – N.M. Stat. Ann. §24-2B-9

A person who makes an unauthorized disclosure of an HIV test results is guilty of a petty misdemeanor.  The penalty for such an offense is imprisonment in the county jail for not more than 6 months or a fine of a maximum of $500, or both.
