N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 21-P:12-b - Bureau of Emergency Medical Services

The chief of the bureau of emergency medical services is responsible for all operations, planning and executive activities of the bureau. The chief is also responsible for collecting data about the emergency medical and trauma services system in order to evaluate it and modify the system as necessary.  The chief is allowed to create public reports analyzing this data, but is required to maintain the confidentiality of all recipients of emergency medical care while creating such reports.
