An other qualified agency must comply with the Department of Health and Human Services’ quality assurance procedures. An other qualified agency must also:
- Develop a quality assurance program which assesses patterns and trends of activities which affect the quality of care; and
- Initiate action to develop or modify currently existing agency policies to assure the optimum quality of care and consumer choice.
Another qualified agency may also conduct by mail individual and representative satisfaction surveys on an annual basis
