“Prohibited discrimination in premium and contribution rates under the insurance department regulations”

A health insurer offering group health plans must not discriminate in the pricing of policies based on a person’s health status, medical condition, claims experience, receipt of health care, medical history, genetic information, disability, or evidence of insurability including conditions arising out of acts of domestic violence or participation in risky activities.
