“Allegations of abuse, neglect, and exploitation under the division of mental health and developmental services regulations”
Any person who believes that an individual was subject to abuse, neglect or exploitation must take practical steps to protect the individual and report the incident to the Bureau of Elderly and Adult Services, the Division of Children, Youth and Families, and, when appropriate, the Office of Client and Legal Services.
