Interstate coordination; reports
The Commissioner of Health must report the list of reportable adverse events to the National Quality Forum and to other states. The Commissioner should also monitor developments in other states and make recommendations to the Minnesota legislature as necessary to keep the reporting requirements uniform with other states.
