Mass. Gen. Laws. Ann. ch. 118E, § 41 - Bribery or Rebates; Penalty

This law makes it illegal to solicit or receive compensation for offering or accepting a bribe in the provision of Medicaid services.  The penalty is a maximum of $10,000 imprisonment, or both.
