“Investigation of complaints; national data reporting systems”
Authorizes the board to investigate complaints of violations of Mass. Gen. Laws Ann.ch. 112, §74 through Mass. Gen. Laws Ann. ch. 112, §81c, and report to the proper prosecuting officers.
The law also requires the board to participate in national data reporting systems which provide information on individual nurses.
