“Surgical and other procedures; report of data regarding results”
Authorizes the board to require hospitals, physicians, health maintenance organizations and other medical service providers to provide data as to the results of procedures performed by physicians on a physician-by-physician basis. Any information provided to the board pursuant to this section must remain confidential, pursuant to §5.
