Limitation of Liability
Immunizes persons from liability arising out of their provision of peer review records to a peer review organization. Immunizes health care organizations, providers, and peer review organizations from liability arising out of a peer review action or recommendation so long as the person or entity acts without malices and had a reasonable belief that the facts justified their action or recommendation.
