“Limitation of disclosure of information”
 
The department of health services must make information and records related to health care institutions available to the public. This requirement does not apply to information or records that could identify a patient, a patient’s family, a physician that provides abortion services, or whistleblowers. Information or records that relate to health care utilization or health care practices reviews are also shielded from public access.
