Kan. Stat. Ann. § 65-67a05, transfers of tissue

Requires persons that transfer fetal tissue to annually report specified information to the Secretary of Health and Environment (e.g., transfer date, names of transferring and receiving party, etc.). Classifies the name of the tissue donor as confidential and prohibits its inclusion in the reports. Requires the Secretary to maintain the confidentiality of reported information and prohibits disclosure of any information that could identify the persons who reported the information. Provides an exception for information disclosed to the attorney general to investigate violations of the tissue transfer laws. Makes knowing, intentional, or reckless violations of this section a class A nonperson misdemeanor.
