Provides that licensed addiction counselors, their employees, and their associates are not required to disclose information they obtain while providing addiction counseling services except in specified circumstances (e.g., disclosure is required by law, failing to disclose would endanger the health or safety of an individual, a client waives their privilege in writing, etc.).
