Classifies emergency medical information obtained by the Emergency Medical Services Board as confidential and prohibits disclosure. Provides exceptions for disclosures that occur with the written consent of the persons identified, disclosures of de-identified information for statistical purposes, and disclosures of information necessary to protect public health if the information does not identify individuals or ambulance service operators. Permits disclosure of identifiable information for research purposes so long as the recipients maintain the confidentiality of the information.
