Permits the disclosure of immunization information and records, without parental or guardian consent, to health care professionals, child care facilities, and public entities who need the information to comply with state laws or make sure that children are properly immunized. Clarifies that doctor patient privilege does not apply to immunization records. Prohibits the exchange of information regarding the immunization status of a child whose parents or guardian have submitted a religious objection to immunization unless those parents or guardian provide their written consent.
