Regulates the creation of a statewide organ and tissue donor registry. Prohibits organ and tissue donation organizations from obtaining registry information for fundraising purposes. Prohibits disclosure of registry information unless authorized by state or federal law. Identifies permissible disclosures as including those made to designated state or federal organ procurement agencies.
