Classifies reports, complaints, and other information about the conduct or character of a licensed provider sent to the State Board of Healings Arts as confidential. Specifies the circumstances in which such information may be disclosed (e.g., to hospitals committees that oversee hospital privileges, to federal agencies that have licensing or regulatory authority over the provider in question, etc.).
