Considers confidential communications between pharmacists and their patients and records of prescription orders as privileged in the same way that communications between physicians and patients are privileged. Clarifies that this privilege does not prevent the board of pharmacy or other authorized persons from inspecting pharmacy records in accordance with other provisions of law.
