Classifies as confidential all information from the methamphetamine precursor recording log that is submitted to the Board of Pharmacy. Authorizes the Board to disclose information to persons that prescribe or dispense pseudoephedrine, ephedrine, or phenylpropanolamine and who need the information to comply with the methamphetamine precursor act and to law enforcement or prosecutors. Permits the Board to disclose non-identifying information for statistical, research, or education purposes.
