Requires local health officers and boards of health to supervise the response to any infectious or contagious disease cases that occur within their jurisdiction. Requires these local officials to report information about cases to the Secretary of Health and Environment. Classifies such communications as confidential unless disclosure is authorized by K.S.A. § 65-118.
