Requires medical benefit plans to give information to the Secretary for Aging and Disability Services and/or the Department of Health and Environment regarding covered persons so that the Secretary may determine whether Medicaid beneficiaries have alternative coverage available. Classifies information provided by medical benefit plans as confidential and not subject to Kansas’s open records act. Establishes penalties for noncompliance.
