“Evaluation and treatment”
Medical professionals that perform court ordered medical or psychiatric evaluations must comply with rules regarding the timing of the evaluation (e.g., inpatient evaluations must occur within 72 hours of the court order) and must maintain clinical records that document all evaluations and treatments.
