The Commission on Minority Older Individuals must prepare an annual report identifying the needs of older, minority individuals. The report must identify the specific health needs of older, minority individuals, including specific diseases or conditions they are at risk for, recommend government services to assist this population, and recommend program improvements to address the special needs of the population. There must be coordination with other groups in developing the report, and it must address access issues, medical problems experienced by the population, and cost issues.
