“Dispensing drugs and devices; conditions; definition”
Registered homeopathic physicians may dispense drugs and devices so long as they comply with labeling and storage requirements. Homeopathic physicians must document the dispensed medications in a patient’s medical record. The board of homeopathic and integrated medicine examiners may impose fines on physicians that dispense drugs without authorization.
