“Dispensing of drugs and devices; civil penalty; conditions; definition”
Arizona permits licensed medical doctors to dispense drugs and devices if the register with the medical board and comply with rules regarding the labeling and storage of drugs and devices. Doctors must document their dispensing of a drug in a patient’s medical record.
